i9Check Offers Free Trial Subscription of Web-based I-9 Form Completion Software

i9Check is pleased to offer free trial subscriptions of its web-based I-9 form completion software. The recent arrests of 250 workers at Walmart stores demonstrates that the enforcement of employment eligibility (I-9) regulations is alive and well. Employers who refuse to properly complete the I-9 form or monitor its employees work authorization status face fines of up to $10,000 per worker. While the one-page form may appear simple, failing to properly incorporate the I-9 form into a company's new hire processes can expose the employer to civil and even criminal penalties. i9Check software alleviates the burdensome paperwork requirements associated with I-9 law.

It guides both new hire and HR representative in the completion of the I-9 form, ensuring that all necessary spaces are completed and proper documentation requested and presented. The web-based software enables Human Resources departments to complete and track its I-9 files over the Internet. This arrangement ensures...

A Hard Lesson Learned....

Are you like me? I like to handle things on my own so I don't even THINK about incorporating help with anything I am working on ... especially my business as a whole.Well, I learned something new recently. It was a HORRIBLE experience that actually turned out for the better. Let me tell you my story:I have a team of about 2000 associates. Since all my sites are hosted at Host4Profit except for the site that their websites are hosted on, I decided to transfer everything over.

Well, I have transferred many sites before so I knew how it worked. I knew I would get access to Host4Profit before transferring with my registrar and that all I had to do was upload everything over to the new host while my old host was still active. This would make a seamless transfer. No one would ever know anything happened ...To make a long story short, it didn't turn out to be as seamless as I hoped and things were a little messed up for about a day. Needless to say, I received TONS of emails!"What happened?!""Where...

Protect Your ASSets in Business

Many people are starting an online business without a thought about the danger this may pose to their personal assets. The type of protection you need depends upon the nature of your business and the amount of your personal assets. If you have no personal assets, you probably don't need much protection. They say "you can't get blood from a turnip". Hey, if someone wants to take over your credit card debt, they are welcome to it! But if you do have investments, or own a home, and someone sues your business, they could take your personal assets.

If you do not incorporate your business, by default it is a "sole proprietorship". This means your business is YOU and your assets are at risk. If your product is something like greeting cards, then you are not extremely vulnerable to a lawsuit. You would think it would be difficult for someone to be harmed by a greeting card, but someone might interpret the prose on the card as personal character defamation, or they might get a paper cut...

Selecting the Perfect Big Screen TV

Selecting a TV isn't as easy as it used to be in years goneby. Rather than going to the local department store and choosing a console that would take up a large portion of the living room, we now have other options. Along with those options comes the chore of locating, comparing and narrowing down a multitude of models to just the right one for your viewing needs.First, of course, you'll need to consider the size of the room which will house the unit. Since Big Screen TVs offera much larger viewing...
